Christmas Ornament Sophie Card

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all are having a wonderful holidays season so far. Today I would like to share with you all the colorful Christmas Greeting card I created using the Christmas Ornament Sophie image.

I was inspired by the Saint Nick paper collection by Fancy Pants. I loved all the yellows, teals and deep red in this paper line. I colored up this image of Sophie, pulling in the colors from the paper line. I had loads of fun coloring up this image and you will too. I hope you all enjoy this easel card and that it inspires you to create on of your own. Happy New Year everyone!!!

Good Morning Fellow Crafters!  I am so excited for you to be joining Sweet Nothings Stamp Co.  and it’s very talented Design Team for our November Creative Challenge.

From now on, the 2nd Tuesday of every other month we will run a Creative Challenge.  Some months the challenge may be a color palette to work with, other months it may be a theme or a layout. Every other month will be something new and creative for you to challenge yourself with. There will be a sweet little prize to be won as well. 

For the month of November, we will be challenging you to create a project with this beautiful neutral palette.  This super cute color palette is great for any type of card and you can use any sentiment you'd like. You may decide to colour your image in neutral tones and let the papers and embellishments give a splash of colour or you may choose to create and entire monochromatic card. The possibilities are endless and it's up to you!Here is the inspiration for this month:

Iam Roses Sketch Challenge--November

Pumpkin Sophie

Hello Bloggers!!!

One more day to go and it's officially Halloween. I am so looking forward to all the candy my children will bring home. Well for Halloween I colored up the oh so cute Pumpkin Sophie image. Using my copic markers and spica pens I gave Sophie some purple glitter highlights in her hair and she turned out to be so adorable. I decided to make a Scallop Easel card using the Ravenhead Manor collection of papers by  Recollection. I embellished the card with flowers and leaves from I am roses and purple bling swirls by Recollections. I hope you all enjoy.

Halloween and Fall Cards

Hello Bloggers!

I can hardly believe that it is already October and that Halloween, one of my favorite day of the year, is just days away!!!! Well for the month of October I created a few cards using the lovely I Am Roses flowers and leaves and would love to share them with you all.

IAR " A Haunting We Will Go" Blog Hop

For my project, I altered three wooden coffin shaped boxes. I crackled the outside of each and embellished with creepy crawly Halloween decor as well as the always awesome I Am Roses flowers. The flowers I used int his project are the orange R 40- 00, black R77 - 274 and  orange T30 - 210. I'll be adding these three altered coffins to my coffee table filled with candy treats for the kids who are brave enough to open the boxes :)

Our Family Ties Layout for the September I Am Roses DT

Hello Bloggers,

For this month's DT project, I created a 12 x 12 layout titled Our Family Ties. I used the My Minds Eye: Follow your Heart  "Be Happy" Adorable paper. Of course my layout would not be complete without the super gorgeous D1 flowers from I Am Roses.
