Well I guess I started a wee bit early. Several days ago, I broke my big shot, totally not my fault. The handle just became really stiff and hard to turn. I decided to force it and the handle snapped. I have emailed customer service at sizzix.com and have not heard back from them as of yet. In the mean while, I bought a Grande Mark by accucut!!! Talk about an upgrade.... I cannot wait to receive my new toy. I will keep you all posted on how I feel about it. TFR.
